Strozzi Palace is one of the most important and historical building settled in the heart of Florence and just a few steps from the Golden Tower Hotel & Spa. For ages it has been the Residence of the Strozzi Family and today it has become one of the most outstanding meeting point for those who appreciate art and cultural and international exhibitions.
From 05 October 2012 to 27 January 2013 visitors might admire the most representative masterpieces by contemporary artists who are deeply connected among them by the human existence search.
This exhibition focus on the genius of Mr. Francis Bacon who tried, during his artistical life, to find out a bond between the existential doubts and the real life.
Francis Bacon, contemporary Irish painter, grows up among the most dynamic artistical European Capital cities such as London and Paris where he was spured to enhance his knowledge about the human condition.
His genius and his search for the human existence appealed the interest of other important contemporary Artists who during their life shared the same vision.
This exibithion shows 5 different artists such as: Nathalie Djurberg, Adrian Ghenie, Arcangelo Sassolino, Chiharu Shiota, Annegret Soltau.
